All purchases from Name Your Price Fabric are final. Once credit card information is given we will review your order on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason we deem appropriate. I f your order is accepted your credit card will be charged at that time to verify funds. We have no control over the length time our suppliers might take to ship you order. We can only guarantee that the products you order are shipping directly from the companies represented in the order. We cannot and will not be held liable for any manufacture defects of any items purchased from us. Manufacture defects are the sole responsibility of the manufacture and the manufacture will be the only party to determine whether or not the defects of said merchandise is defective. Merchandise ordered and then refused without notification to us will not be refunded. As stated before all sales are final.
