Helpful Hints: We want you to get the best price possible on your fabric so we have outlined a few tips for you to get big savings everytime you use Name Your Price Fabric.
1. Do some research first. Shop around and get a feel for what other companies are charging for your pattern or style.
2. Don't name your fabric price too low. Be fair but go for a good discount. It is important to rember that we are not going to sell the fabric below our cost. Cut yard fabric is a big seller on the internet and should already be priced agressively. We hope to take the guess work out of matching or beating another companies price and shipping it to you with free ground UPS (contiguous US 48 states only).
3. Look up your pattern on the suggested retail price sheet and use that to help determine what discount you think you might like. Links to the price sheets are on our homepage.
4. These are not discontinued or irregular fabrics. When you find cut yardage that is deeply discounted it is usually discontinued or deffective. Our promise to you is to never offer discontinued or deffective material. We purchase from the companies listed becaue they are the leaders in the industry. While we do want to help you get a good discount, a bid that is 50% off the suggested retail price is not likely to be accepted. This is because your bid would be less than what the product costs us. (see # 2).
5. Don't get frustrated if your initial bid is not accepted. Keep on bidding because you will always pay less than the suggested retail price at Name Your Price Fabric!
