Ordering: To order fabric, simply fill out the order form completly. Name your price and submit your order.

All sales from Name Your Price Fabric are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted. Name Your Price Fabric asserts that all merchandise purchased from them is exactly as it is represented.

All orders should include:

2. Full billing address
3. Credit card information
4. Ship to information (if different from bill to. NO PO BOXES are accepted)
5. Valid e-mail address
6. Phone number
7. Fax number
8. Fabric manufacturer
9. Pattern name
10. Pattern color
11. Price you want to pay

Then simply click the submit button on the order form. Once we review the order, we will let you know via e-mail if your bid is accepted or rejected.

If you live in the state of Florida, we are required to charge sales tax on your order by the state of Florida. We will reconfirm your order total via e-mail should we be required to charge you sales tax.

 

All purchases from Name Your Price Fabric are final. Once credit card information is given we will review your order on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason we deem appropriate. I f your order is accepted your credit card will be charged at that time to verify funds. We have no control over the length time our suppliers might take to ship you order. We can only guarantee that the products you order are shipping directly from the companies represented in the order. We cannot and will not be held liable for any manufacture defects of any items purchased from us. Manufacture defects are the sole responsibility of the manufacture and the manufacture will be the only party to determine whether or not the defects of said merchandise is defective. Merchandise ordered and then refused without notification to us will not be refunded. As stated before all sales are final. This is our policy and no exceptions or changes to this policy can be made or interpreted in any other way.
