Shipping: All product ordered from Name Your Price Fabric will be shipped via UPS ground when applicable. UPS ground shipping will be free of charge for applicable orders at Name Your Price Fabric.

The exception will be addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS standard when available, other wise it will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Countries other than the United States & Canada are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

For upgraded shipping on these occasions, Name Your Price Fabric will send you an estimated shipping charge via e-mail which you will need to approve before the order can proceed. This shipping charge will be added to your fabric order total. The order, nor your credit card will be processed until you approve this shipping charge.

The ship to address must be a valid street address. PO Boxes are not accepted and orders will not be processed containing a PO Box address. Tracking information can be obtained by sending us an e-mail. Tracking numbers or order inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours Monday-Friday only.

Damaged merchandise can be returned only when given a return authorization number (RA#).

Name Your Price Fabric will deliver your merchandise without delay. Robert Allen fabric ships directly from Robert Allen usually within 48 hours. Backorder items will ship when fabric becomes available.

 

All purchases from Name Your Price Fabric are final. Once credit card information is given we will review your order on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason we deem appropriate. I f your order is accepted your credit card will be charged at that time to verify funds. We have no control over the length time our suppliers might take to ship you order. We can only guarantee that the products you order are shipping directly from the companies represented in the order. We cannot and will not be held liable for any manufacture defects of any items purchased from us. Manufacture defects are the sole responsibility of the manufacture and the manufacture will be the only party to determine whether or not the defects of said merchandise is defective. Merchandise ordered and then refused without notification to us will not be refunded. As stated before all sales are final. This is our policy and no exceptions or changes to this policy can be made or interpreted in any other way.
